HOW TO USE YOUR VIGOR AUDIO HELMET

CHARGING 
Connect the helmet to wall charger/ computer/ laptop using the included
micro USB cable. The LED light will turn Red while charging and will turn OFF
once the helmet is fully charged.

TURNING ON/OFF
ON: Press the “II” (Play/Pause) button located in the center, for approximately 3
seconds to turn the helmet ON. Once it's on, a Blue LED light will start flashing. 
OFF: Press the “II” (Play/Pause) button located in the center, for approximately 3
seconds to turn the helmet OFF. Once it's off, the LED light will turn off too. 

PAIRING THE HELMET 
1. With the unit powered off, press and hold the “II” (Play/Pause) button located
in the center, for approximately 5 seconds until the LED light starts flashing
red & blue alternately and you will hear a beep. Now the helmet is ready to pair
to your device.

2. Turn the Bluetooth on your phone/ device, to ON and search for "VIGOR BTB"
select connect/ pair.

**NOTE: If you do not see the helmet you may need to refresh the Bluetooth
list on your device.

3. Once the helmet is connected, only the Blue LED will flash.

**NOTE: The pairing process is required only for pairing the helmet with the device for
the first time. Once paired it will connect to the device automatically next time,
by following the “ TURNING ON/OFF” Instructions above.

AUDIO FUNCTIONS
PLAY / PAUSE: Press the “II” (Center) button to play or pause the music. 
SKIP TRACKS: Quickly press the "|<" (Left) button to skip to the previous song.
Quickly press the ">|" (right) button to skip to the next song. 

VOLUME CONTROL
VOLUME UP: Long press the ">|" (right) button to increase the volume.
You will hear a short beep for every level and a brief ring to indicate that the
helmet has reached the max volume levels. VOLUME DOWN: Long press the "|<" (left)button to decrease the volume.
You will hear a short beep for every level and a brief ring to indicate that the
helmet has reached the minimum volume levels.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE AUDIO IS DISTORTED OR DROPS OUT ON MY HELMET?

If you’re having trouble with audio distortion or drop-outs on your VIGOR AUDIO HELMET, try these suggestions: 

  • Move the audio source closer – it might be out of the range of your speaker.
  • Move away from other sources of wireless signal – you could be experiencing interference.
  • Make sure your speaker has enough battery power (connect it to a power source with the supplied adapter).
  • Adjust the volume on both the audio source and your Helmet down one level.
  • Restart both your speaker and the audio source.


**NOTE: If you’re streaming audio content from the internet, the issue could be with the internet connection and not your helmet.

Refunds cannot be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must come with its original packaging and will be subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, damaged by the customer, or with crushed packaging cannot be accepted. Returns will only be accepted if it is returned within 30 days from the date the item was received by the customer.

We can refund you for the product(s) if the product(s) comply with the above requirements. If so, ship the product(s) back to us and once we get it(them), we will issue a refund.

We ship most of our orders out through UPS but offer USPS for smaller packages.
